I mainly communicate with Jenny but have also spoken to Kathryn and they are both so lovely, kind and helpful. They make my job working at a GP practice so much easier. No matter the day or time you can always count on them to help. Jenny is just so easy to speak to, she is so organised and the communication is always clear and concise. When booking a clinician, you are given all the correct and appropriate documentation required, a list of their competencies, any info you would need and confirmation documents. You don’t have to chase anything up with ICS because they are so on the ball. Would also like to mention that the clinicians working with ICS are amazing. Even though our patients may see locum clinicians they adore them and come to the reception desk straight after the appointments asking for the clinicians name and asking to see them again. I can’t praise the clinicians and non clinical staff enough. They go above and beyond every single time. Jenny is one in a million!”

“ICS are extremely reliable, they don’t bombard you with constant calls and emails you just need to email/call/text and they will arrange the suitable cover. Every clinician (GPs, ANPs and most recently PAs) we have had from ICS has been great and professional and we are able to use the same clinicians, although when they are not available we know we can trust that any clinician we are sent will be to a really high standard. All of the documents are so organised when they are sent over, even with competency lists for ANPs and PAs making it so much easier and clear for staff to book patients in. Jenny checks in regularly when we have a locum they have provided and is always on hand to try and help. She has been absolutely amazing and managed to get us short notice cover on some occassions when we weren’t expecting it, she has been an absolute lifesaver! Definitely glad we came across ICS and would recommend them to everyone!”

“If you wish to work within the land of Locum then this is the agency for you! They work with a range of medical professionals including Physician Associates (that’s what I am!) I was working mainly in the Secondary care network and was VERY nervous to delve into GP life, however, I cannot say enough nice things about how this team of people have supported, backed and encouraged me to give it a go and I haven’t looked back!!! They are so flexible and work around your schedule helping tailor your working life around you and your needs. There is no minimum and no maximum amount of hours you have to meet to be apart of this locum family and are so welcoming to all.
